[TRE-general] Win32 static library build

Using tre-0.7.4, I'm attempting to build as a Win32 static library. I have seemingly been successful in building the library, however, when building the Win32 application that links to it, the linker is unable to resolve the references to all TRE functions being used.

Assuming it's possible to build TRE as a Win32 static library, are there instructions on how to do this that I missed?
